The process
After placing your order, we will contact you on Whatsapp to finalize the colors and details of your trail. before proceeding with the order we will also send a render to check the color combination.
How big is it?
Up to 12cm across. It sits in your palm. It's a desk or shelf piece, not a wall piece. Ask us for a size-reference photo anytime.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, anywhere in Lebanon. No card needed. You pay the courier when it arrives
What if my route isn't recorded?
No problem. We can recreate it by hand. Just send us a pinned location and a rough drawing of the path you took on a map (even a finger sketch works), and we'll rebuild it into your trail.
Buying it as a gift?
One of our most common orders. If they're on Strava, their activity is usually public, send us their profile. If not, just tell us the trail and roughly when, and we'll build it from the route. Want it shipped straight to them? We can arrange payment online in advance, so it arrives as a real gift, no cash asked at the door.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
